These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you make through it. Services we deliver are additionally governed by the written agreement or proposal we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Use of this website

You may use this site for legitimate business enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Enquiries are not a contract

Submitting the contact form or booking a call does not create a binding agreement. Work begins only once scope, timeline and fees are agreed in writing.

Services and deliverables

• Scope, fees, timelines and payment terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for your project.
• Where a project depends on information, access or approvals from you, timelines shift if those are delayed.
• Third-party tools, platforms and suppliers used in a build are subject to their own terms, pricing and availability.

Ready-made businesses and sourcing

Ready-made business packages and product sourcing engagements are described in their own agreement, including what is included, what is transferred and what is not. Supplier pricing, availability and lead times are set by the supplier and can change.

No guarantee of results

We bring experience, systems and effort. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, follower growth or business outcomes. Those depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your execution and your budget. Anything we describe about past work is a description of that work, not a prediction of yours.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to Mogul Media NYC, LLC. Ownership of work produced for a client is defined in that client's agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of this website or our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Third-party links

This site links to external services, including our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
